Homicides in Alagoas - Brazil: A spatial analysis

This paper aimed to identify the main factors that influence homicides in state of Alagoas, Brazil. Therefore, we employed Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis (ESDA) technique and estimated spatial models order fix autocorrelation. Although several articles have explored this theme for other states Brazil, chose a small northeastern since it lead homicide ranking per 100 thousand inhabitants 2010, at time national census.
